Delivery & Payment Terms (B2B)
Commercial shipping terms, Incoterms® 2020 rules, and corporate payment methods for industrial manufacturing and wholesale clients across Europe.
1. Shipping & Logistics
1. Freight & Logistics Management
As an industrial packaging sourcing partner for European manufacturers, our shipments are delivered primarily on pallets via established freight carriers (LTL – Less than Truckload and FTL – Full Truckload), with sample packages handled by courier services (UPS, Dachser, Schenker, DHL Freight).
Standard International Commercial Terms (Incoterms® 2020):
• DAP (Delivered at Place): The seller coordinates and pays freight to the agreed delivery address at the buyer’s warehouse or plant. Unloading, import customs clearance, and applicable local import taxes/duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller assumes freight, export and import clearance obligations, as well as applicable duties and taxes, subject to individual commercial agreement and legal prerequisites.
• FCA / Ex Works (upon request): Available for collection directly from partner manufacturing mills by your designated freight forwarder.
2. Lead Times
2. Quotation & Delivery Lead Times
Because we provide custom contract sourcing and volume production runs, actual fulfillment timelines depend on technical specifications, batch sizes, raw material availability, and production capacity:
- RFQ Engineering Review: Quotations and technical feasibility reviews are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
- Standard In-Stock Line Items: Dispatched from partner mills within approximately 3 to 7 business days.
- Custom Dielines, Print & FIBC Production: Project-specific production lead times of approximately 2 to 5 weeks following final sign-off.
Binding delivery terms and estimated vessel/truck arrival dates are explicitly stated in each formal commercial quotation.
3. Payment Methods
3. Corporate Payment Methods
We offer secure, transparent payment options tailored to corporate procurement workflows:
• Invoice / Net Terms (e.g. 14 or 30 days net): Available for verified European corporate clients and public organizations subject to commercial credit review.
• Bank Wire Transfer (SEPA / SWIFT): Standard corporate payment method with early payment discount terms available on select volume contracts.
• SEPA B2B Direct Debit: Convenient automatic processing for recurring blanket supply contracts.
4. MOQs
4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
To ensure optimal mill pricing, orders are fulfilled in industrial units (bundles, skids, full pallets, or container lots). Exact minimum quantities and tiered volume thresholds are provided directly within each quotation.
