2. Collection and Processing of Data for RFQ Submissions

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), business inquiry, or technical packaging specification through our forms, we collect the following business contact data:

• Full Name & Corporate Role
• Company Name, Postal Address & VAT ID / Registration Number
• Corporate Work Email Address & Direct Dial Phone Number
• Technical Packaging Requirements, Target Quantities & Specification Documents

Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual commercial measures at the request of the data subject) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate business interest in responding to commercial inquiries and establishing B2B trading relationships).

3. Storage Period & Data Security

Business inquiry data is stored for the duration of the commercial quotation and contract negotiation process. Where statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. German Commercial Code HGB, Fiscal Code AO), data is archived for the mandatory statutory periods (up to 10 years). We implement strict technical and organizational measures (SSL/TLS encryption, access control) to protect corporate information.
